I have a S&W Pro Series .38 6 shot Mdl 60-15 J frame. What kind of speed loader should I buy. I have Hogue poly grips on the gun.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. Never seen a 6-shot .38 J-frame.

If you mean 5-shot, HKS-36 loaders work very well but they might be snug with those grips.

As has been said, a M60 should be a 5 shot. If indead it is a M60 then the HKS 36 speedloader will work. If it's a 6 shot, and a S&W most likely would be the HKS 10, but without knowing the model it's impossible to know for certain.

Safariland, HKS, Quik-Strips....

In 2014, you might have a few choices. HKS has been a gun industry standard for decades. I chose the Safariland, www.safariland.com comp-II version for my security duty Ruger GPNY .38spl revolver.
I'm left handed & never really got the speedloader bit down, so I purchased a few 6rd Bianchi Speed Strips. :D
They were handy & could conceal well. 2 .38/.357magnum 6 round strips could fit in a Altoids case.
In 2014, if I got a new revolver Id opt for the safety orange Tuff Products Quik Strips in 5/6/7/8 round sizes. The Tuff Products strips come in pink, black & bright orange. I like the orange, so I can quickly see them if I drop them at night or in low light. ;)
Speedloaders are okay, but Ive heard & read how they can jam, break or slip when needed in a critical incident. :uhoh:
Id rather use polymer strips that load 1/2 at a time quickly then see my rounds spill out by accident.

HKS 36As work very well for these guns. They work better than the 6 shot loaders of the same brand IMHO, for whatever reason the smaller 5 shot loaders seem to never hang up and drop the round right in perfectly each time. Some grips are too fat to smoothly use these though.. but the think S&W factory magna grips work perfectly with them.
