Has anyone come across a brand of speed loaders made in Taiwan, called "New Season"?

They seem to be the only brand available here, and I just wondered if they were OK.

Do you have a picture of the "New Season" loader? I've not been able to google up anything. The odds are it's a clone of either the HKS or Safariland loaders and would be consistent with whichever design they copied.

I would wonder if Midway would sell to you in Peru - HKS loaders are only about $9 each and then you wouldn't need to worry about the quality of an unknown manufacturer.

Ah, here it is - http://www.intlmidway.com/ - this is the link to Midway for non-USA customers. Perhaps that will help.

Did you decide on a weapon yet?

Thanks for the information.

I'll try Midway and see what happens.

I bought a Taurus 82. So far so good. A little bit gritty in double action, but hoping it will smooth out after a few hundred dry fires. I've got a set of A Zoom dummy bullets.

Overall fit and finish seem quite good.

Only time will tell.:)

Yep, have an 82 myself, but the trigger is smooth after many a round going down range.

The snap cap idea is a good one. Took only a couple of hundred times and things became much better.
