Picked up a box of 80gr. "Deep Curl" bullets. Inside the box was a note stating that only specific reloading data, released by Speer should be used. I accessed the web site, but was unable to obtain any info. HELP! Hunting season is coming up! Thanks in advance for any information.

There isn't much difference. In fact, I could NOT find any difference in the powder data 165 grain deep curl and 165 hot core or other 165 Speer 30 cal bullets.
Load those up, shoot them, but understand they're no longer made. Some bean counter decided they weren't selling, they discontinued them.
Too bad, the performance I got was amazing. They're a bonded- copper-plated bullet.
25 yards into my wax test media. 100 yard groups were around 3", not bad for an iron sighted 0-3 Springfield 30-06! Minute of deerhide.
