Springfield customer service

I called springfield armory customer service today. Within 1 minute I was on the phone with a real live person. They re-assured me that my xd 40 has the melonite coating. Then, I asked her what the chances of getting a left handed holster would be, she took my name and address and is sending one out, at no cost to me. Now thats what i call good customer service. Thanks SA! one more reason to buy american firearms :) (yeah its got croatia stamped on the top of the slide, but Genosa Illinois and SA are both located in the good ole USA.)
 
they are great that is for sure. my xd broke and they fixed it, paid the shipping and armor coated it free of charge.
 
One of the main reasons I bought my second XD was their customer service. I told them I was supposed to have 2 magazines and got only one when I bought my 45 GAP. He shipped two for nothing and I bought 4 more. I didn't have to pay for the shipping either.
 
YES!

I had my MilSpec rebarelled by them 17 years after the fact - FIRST RATE all the way -and VERY courteous! GO SA!!!!!
