Been bitten by the knife bug again:) Ronin 2 on the way. I am not a picture guy even though I enjoy viewing them very much. What do you guys think about the Ronin 2? I will let you know what I think when it arrives.

I like the blade shape, but am concerned the handle may be too "busy". Knife handles that aren't mostly smooth(ish) surface are usually suboptimal for most users.

Received the Ronin 2 today from Blade HQ. Very sharp out of box. The blade is thin with very flat, smooth G-10 scales . The G-10 is very smooth compared to the scales on my PM2. The grip settles well in my hand and does encourage you to use your thumb forward on the top of the blade. Very nice well finished knife. I will admit that I was a little concerned about the knife being made in Taiwan but now that I have handled it I am very pleased with it. The sheath is solid but a little heavy. Evil-Twin, thanks for the pics.

Used the c-clipped sheath to carry this blade around the house for the past couple days, outside and around town and it does lie flat on my side. It is very flat and deploys well. Re-sheathing is a little more effort. The knife does feel well in the hand. I have noticed a couple of times that small slivers of the sheath come out with the knife when deployed. Otherwise very "cool" knife.
