I think it's time to get my concealed carry license. But I need to get a holster first. Any recommendations for one that will fit with a Ruger SR40c? Prefer outside the belt.
Thanks.

The SR40c has been around for a few years, I suspect most major holster makers produce a holster for that gun. If it's OWB you want, I'd look for a pancake holster.

They also sell the Rosen holster at the Ruger Store http://shopruger.com/SR9-SR9c-SR40-SR40c-9E-Mitch-Rosen-Belt-Holster-RH/productinfo/50073/

There are a lot more.

I really like the DeSantis Mini-Slide for my SR9c. Holds the gun nice and close to the body and conceals very well.

My wife is leaning toward an N8². I have a couple and I really like them; so does my wife. Lots of choices, but as a friend once told me, before you get one you really like, you'll likely have a drawer full of rejects. And I in fact did, but that stopped that with N8².

When I was carrying my sr9c I used a cooks holsters iwb, it's a nice simple single clip kydex holster. I played with a comptac mtac from my glock holster drawer and it to was comfortable and concealed well. As far as owb goes desantis makes a great holster for the money and ease of finding instock.

I can now access photos of my DeSantis Mini-Slide holster with my SR9c in it. Very comfortable to carry it in this position.

Before that I had a Bianchi Minimalist holster that was alright but was a little too bulky for concealed carry.
