star conversion?

hey everyone i have a quick question for you all. My brother has an old star model B (i think) its chambered in 9mm largo. my question is does anyone now of a conversion barrel to convert it to 9mm luger? Ammo is difficult to find so it would be nice to have a it chambered in a more popular round.

The Star Model B is in 9mm Para (Luger)

The Star Model A is in 9mm Largo.

I do not know if the barrels are interchangeable.
