Sten mk.5 with Glock mags build troubleshooting

Hey!
I am having some problems with a Sten mk.5 build with Glock mag conversion. I already made a thread that I put in the gunsmithing/repair sub-section, but I am stuck and no one has given any input so I was wondering if asking on general would give me more opinions/traffic. Not sure if I’m supposed to do this?
