Steyr M40, Ejection Port

I understand Steyr redesigned the ejection port on there M40 to solve possible ejection problems. It was supposed to be a series of 45* cuts at the front and rear of the port. Would anyone know what serial number this was started and could you post a picture.

I have never seen a Steyr with ejection problems. I have seen bad recoil springs on older M-40 pistols.

They tend to be reliable range pistols.

I have heard of the modification of the ejection port, but I think they were done on real early models and I have never seen an example of the old.
