stocking up on 9mm ammo now or wait? what's your guess?

I can reload cheaper than I can buy factory. I can run the tractor cheaper than I can hire someone to run it. With factory ammo being pretty cheap right now(9mm plinking) I choose to spend my spare time working around the farm rather than reloading but I do spend about an hour a week just playing around with the reloading equipment just to keep in shape. I am shooting virtually 100% factory ammo right now and keeping my reloading components for the next panic, probably within a year.
