No, you should not try to do this. The bore size of a .410 is, well, .410" diameter; the diameter of a .45 Colt bullet is .452"- .454". If the shotgun is has any choke....and the little Stoeger is F/F....the diameters are even more different.
Additionally, the case dimensions, while similar at the case head are different at the case mouth. Many .410 shotguns will not allow a .45 case to chamber.
You can shoot .410s out of some guns chambered for .45 Colt but not the reverse.
