Stoeger p-350 jamming with 2 3/4

I recently bought a Stoeger P-350 and it will not load 2 3/4' shells. It either jams or tries to spit out 2 at a time. But then when I put in some 3' buckshot it cycled them fine. I've only tried Winchester 00 buckshot as far 3' shells but I've tried multiple 2 3/4 and they have all jammed. I dont know if the extracter doesnt like em or what. Does anyone know a reason why it would be able to cycle 3' shells but not 2 3/4?

Not sure why it happens but i have 2 guns that don't like
anything under 70mm.Both clog jam and try to feed
before ejecting.

1 is a pump and the other a semi.

67.5mm carts dont work but 70 mm and above do
flawlessly.
