Strange Story: Naked Woman Steals Car, Leads Wild Police Chase

Summary: a guy is parked on the side of the road posting up signs, a car pulls over next to him, a naked woman pops out, steals his car, the cops chase her, she steals the police cruiser.....well, just go read it.

The last lines of the story are of interest:

West Valley City officers say the man who had his car stolen initially is a concealed carrier and the gun was in his car. Luckily, Beagley (the naked perpetrator -ed) never used it.

I can imagine how she could hop in the first car. What seems even more odd is how she got away from the police on foot and still managed to get back into their car to get away again. Maybe being a little looney makes you slippery and fast?
