Streetwise "Small Fry"

Does anybody here know about the Streetwise "Small Fry" stun gun? I'm a college student on a small, open college campus in the middle of a large city and I've been considering getting one for a while. Would a 1,000,000 volt, 3 milliamp stun gun be enough to stop an attacker? Ideally I'd want it to be capable of paralyzing the attacker as long as he was in contact with it. Will this one do the job?

Amps are usually the important thing. Tasers are supposedly 2.1 milliamps, so theoretically that should work.

People respond differently to shock, though. I'm sure it's better than nothing. I would really consider teaming your shock defense with a quick follow-on blow (with my favored college defense 16 or 20 oz water bottle) or two before running.
