1860 Colt pattern revolvers are pretty easy. Pop the wedge and pull the barrel and cylinder off. Hold under hot running water at the sink (better if wife is not home if you are using the kitchen sink) Then dry and wipe the frame down. Fast and easy. Handguns are not particularly hard to clean no mater what they are.
