Stuck bolt

My son in law has a stuck steel round in his TC Compass 308 (which I advised him not to use). Fired case, not live round. So far I've basically flooded the barrel with Aero Kroil, don't want to mortar or use a mallet on bolt if possible, afraid it might pull the case head off. Any other suggestions?

With a steel cleaning rod down the bore. Tap the rod and try to turn the bolt.

Bolt will already turn, just won't move afterwards

Tape the rod and put the bolt at the same time.

Got it out, man aero Kroil is good stuff. Bolt opened, 2x4 block and a couple light taps with a hammer and it was out. Now just gotta clean it real well.
