I have one. Build quality (including stock) is incredibly good for an AK from Russia. Only issue I have with it is that the bottom of the grip, where it connects to the buttstock, does not feel absolutely comfortable to me, but it's a minor issue. Accuracy-wise, mine is not going to win any benchrest trophies. IMO, the groups aren't much to talk about, however, I have only put one type through it, surplus Port. I haven't tried match ammo yet. Also IMO, AKs weren't specifically designed for the .308Win and, although I have no doubt they can take the abuse, mine kicks more than my CETMEs and FALs.
If you'll notice from the photo, the rear of the scope rail extends to the lower receiver. Those wings mate up with extensions on the side of the receiver to lock up the rear of the rail. On the front portion, there are relief cuts along the side of the rear iron sight base that the front of the rail mates up to. The lever on the right side, as seen just below the objective bell of the scope in the photo, provides tension on the front mating surfaces to lock the rail up tight. It works very well with an exception. If you have a scope with an objective bell greater than say 40mm (possibly slightly smaller), the objective bell will obstruct the lock down lever from traveling its full arc for removal/installation. If you stick with a scope with no objective bell, you'll be OK.
One other shortcoming (but not a big issue for me) is the low capacity OE mags. [One other note is that the mags are very well built even though they are plastic.] They can be modded to accept higher cap mags like Galils and (IIRC) FAL mags but it will cost you.
