Suppressor Designs

Are there any common suppressor designs out there? Reason being is that I like to create things in a CAD software, and suppressors are always fun to remake.

All the can-makers want you to "think" that it takes CMC machinery to make a high grade can, especially for hi-v rifles. So they can charge you $800 for something that cost $10 worth of material and an hour's actual man-and-machine time.
