Five days short of a year my yankee hill 5.56 QD suppressor has arrived. I have tried in on several host weapons (AR, 10/22, Walther Pistol). It works great especially on the Walther Pistol. I have contacted them and they said it would work on a 5.7x28 pistol. From what I can tell it would take special adapters or sending my barrel off to be threaded to attach it to my QD adapter. Does anyone have any experience comparing 5.7x28 suppressed to 9mm or .45 suppressed? I really don't care to debate the effectiveness of the calibers just what will be quieter. I want something with a little more power than my 22lr but I do not want to wait a year on a new suppressor unless a 9m or .45 will be a lot quieter.
