Suppressor Question

I live in Ohio where suppressors are legal. Do I need a $200 tax stamp to buy/order a YHM suppressor? I know it is required to own one, but can I order one without the tax stamp. I would only use it on my property. I live in a very rural area, not really worried about the local police.

No, you don't need the stamp to buy/orerr one. It will just sit in your dealer's safe untill your form 4 comes back approved.

This. If you buy it online they just mail it to a local dealer. Whether you buy it directly from a local guy, or online and then sent to a local guy, the local dealer will make you fill out the paperwork and won't give it to you until it comes back with a stamp on it.
