Surefire x300 Ultra

I have a Surefire x300 Ultra weapon light, and it has the Universal lever latch installed. The pistol I want to mount it to (FNX .45) has a picatinny rail. I cannot find the Picatinny lever latch for the light. Will it be ok to mount the light to the pistol with the universal latch installed?

Probably, but if you call Surefire they'll send you another picatinny latch for free.

The Universal fit my FNP45 Tactical perfectly. I think the FNX is identical but I can't swear to that.
