Surpise EAA customer service

All,

I have a Witness Compact 10mm, and some extra mags. Well on one of the boards I read that the mags with old, black colored followers were defective and that you should replace them asap with the new, red colored followers. Of course, my two extra mags with black followers were not reliable on the last shot, always.

So, on a whim I emailed EAA and asked for two new followers. Guess what ... they actually sent them, plus two used red followers as backups.

Of course they never told me they were coming, but oh well. I will email them a thanks later on.

See their customer service isnt horrible ... just spotty.

EAA Cust. Service...

.... is just like rolling the dice. You never know if you're gonna shoot Snake-eyes or 7-11.....
