I was into guns in the late 60's and early 70's then pretty much out of them until about a year ago. When I was into them earlier the Glock was still pretty much what the Judge is now, a conversation piece.
I just missed the $17.50 1911's available before GCA 68. I was absolutely amazed at the popularity and price of them now.
