This is an upgraded browning buckmark. The barrel and comp and rails are made my tactical solutions. The sight is a Burris fastfire and an old tasco I don't use anymore. the magazine release has been drilled tapped to fit an aftermarket 1911 magazine button......I think that’s all that has been done....here are before and after pictures. Feel free to ask questions.

Right now the answer is ammo cost. The buckmark also mimic the grip angle of the 1911. This is good for me because my department only issues me 100 rounds a month and I try to shoot my duty weapon three to four times a month. Overall this helps me shoot better while spending less money for ammo. I use the fastfire when i want to do bulleye type shooting and open sights when i mimic my duty weapon.

Some of the embellished pictures are not "practical." I get that. They are just for fun.

Cool grits. How do you like the Burris FastFire?

Here is my Buckmark, with a Tactical Solutions barrel no less. I want to put a smaller red dot on it someday. Where did you get the oversized mag release for it?

Nice gun, i love buckmarks. The fastfire is a great sight. if your are going to get one wail until the fastfire II comes out theis year....it's water proof.
