uhh buddy all beretta frames are aluminum unless it says steel 1 on the slide also its the same size as a taurus but beretta is just oohh soo much better

Thanks buddy pal, are you trying to suggest that I said anything different?

Just curious.

you said the stainless would be heavy unless it had an alloy frame i said all of them do unless you bought the steel version which they stopped making and most are in the hands of collectors

After all the posts, I went back to the pawn shop and put $50 down on a 60 day layaway, mainly just to secure till next week when I get the money from another gun sale. Now I have a use for the Galco Jackass shoulder rig for a Beretta 92 that I bought at a gunshow for $20 a couple of years ago.

Yes, its used, but I'd have to rate it 98%, in box with 2-10rd mags (I'll pick up some 15 rounders from CDNN next week).

sounds like what i did when i got my 96 too bad i didnt get that price.... a story for you guys.... today i went to a gunstore about 20 mins away and i was looking at a gun fnp 9 and it was probably shot till the rifilings were flat and the dude was trying to pass it as new and wanted 480.... that was the only gun i looked at there then i left

I buy lots of used guns, and I never buy them unless I get them at a good deal. The two pawn shops here in town mostly have overpriced junk or overpriced new guns, but I check them every month or so for the occational pawned deal. I bought a Ruger Blackhawk .357 old model 6.5 inch barrel, mint, in the original "old" factory box, and unused 9mm cylinder (in box) for $350 from the same store. I picked up a mint 1950's S&W M28 4 inch .357 for $300 last year. I'm about to buy a mint S&W Victory Model for $250 and an exc. S&W 1917 .45acp for $350. I've bought and sold a couple of like new $300 9mm Glocks over the last year. I'm always looking high and low for good deals on guns, having an FFL helps too.
