Talk Me Out of This

Almost a year now I bought a pretty nice Ruger Single Six with .22LR and .22 magnum cylinders and shoots really nice! Has normal finish wear but mechanically perfect. Now at my local pawn shop they have a nice CZ-52 for sale. I asked if they would be interested in a trade for it. We bartered back and forth for a bit and decided on the CZ and $30 for the Ruger.. Why should I not do this? It will do everything the Ruger will with a little more punch. Especially seeing how cheap 7.62x25 is (but then .22 is super cheap)...
What are your thoughts, why should I do this, why shouldn't I do this?
Thanks fellas :)
The CZ52 is above average in terms of pistol ugliness.

Stay away from the CZ 52
Keep the Ruger and go for a TT33 or any clone thereof.
I've seen too many 52's fail, broken rollers, roller recesses and firing pins.

They were going to give me dough, not me give them some! And I'm not getting rid of my Sixer just gona get the CZ in a week or two outright.. thanks!
