Tang sight on an 1892 clone

Hi there folks,

I quite fancy putting a tang sight on my lever action 1892 clone (Chiappa in this case.

Anyone done this? Hints and tips much appreciated. Which model did you use?

at 71 my eyes are not want they once were. i put one on my henry golden boy. the one i put on i bought from marbles. i will shoot the center out of a target, now. i garentee you ,that you will like it.

Thanks! My astigmatism plays havoc with buckhorn / notch and post sights.

Can you remember the hole spacing and the model of sight you used?

A friend of mine installed this one on his Rossi 92. I don’t recall if he had to do any smithing to install it.
