TAPCO Pistol Grip

What the heck? I ordered a TAPCO AK Pistol grip and pistol grip nut and screw set. I got the grip, the screw, the nut for the receiver, but neither item contained the little round thing that goes on the bottom of the pistol grip for the screw to grab. What piece do I need to order for that?

Not included, and not needed unless you're cranking down way too hard on the screw.

Go to the hardware stor and ask for a star washer.
Take the pistol grip screw to ensure correct fit.

Yes it is supposed to come with a oblong flat washer

I have the same pistol grip on both of my aks and both of them came with the peice you are talking about. I keeps the bolt from pulling thru. What you can do is get a fender washer and cut it to fit. Or get a peice of flat steel rod grind it to fit , drill a hole in it and use it,then cut to leagth. I had to do this for a friend of mine who bought one at a gun show out of the package
