Regarding the invisible dragons, it's well known that one can't prove a negative. You can't prove they didn't do it.
But there are any number of ways you can prove the existence of something invisible. Do they leave tiny footprints? Can you smell the little buggers? (Everyone knows dragons stink.)
I think elves can see them, so they might be eyewitnesses.
Anyway, just because some wannabe blowhard TALKS about starting fires is no basis for declaring unequivically that they DID start them.
The principal of Parsimony/ Occam's Razor says, "Lean towards the simple explanation." It's pointed out these fires dang near start themselves. No terrorists necessary, no evidence they did. That means the Conspiracy Theory should be number 3 or 4 on your list, not number 1.
Further, there may be strong evidence/ proof that target shooters did start the fire, although I agree it's pretty irresponsible to say so without further elaboration.
Remember those Japanese Balloon Bombs from 1944? Maybe one of them got delayed...

IBTL, but to try to contribute something positive:
This should motivate us to be particularly careful and RESPONSIBLE in our use of firearms. That's part of the High Road. It may be a one in a million chance, but guns CAN start fires. (It's been documented more than once in combat.)
We need to educate the slob shooters out there as well; it may be a losing fight (watch a few YouTube shooting videos- yikes!) , but we gotta try. We can certainly try daily to maintain a high level of personal integrity and responsability.
To me, that's what the High Road means.
