taurus 454 casull timing problems

I've had my Taurus .454 for approx. 4 years and have had to send it back to Taurus twice for timing problems. After shooting only let's say 20 rounds through the gun the cylinder locks up (also it starts shaving the rounds before locking up). I have'nt fired the weapon since it was last repaired. Anyone else with similar problems? Thanks
