What's your opinion of the Taurus 605--.357 snub nose?

I love mine - it's my "always" gun. Never had a problem since I got it.

Starting to get some hoster wear on that mirror finish though!

It's blue with some cool rubber grips.
I wanted a snub nose that's blue or black and hits with a wallop.

You got one. Now all ya gotta do is shoot it til you're confident of your abilities with it - it'll do it's part.

I like the mirrored stainless finish on mine, but could stand a blued model easily! Was yours used or new - and what did ya pay for it, if you don't mind my asking?

Brand spanking new, in the box for $240. For awhile now, I had been looking for a .357 (I hate .38's) snub nose, blue or black revolver that was cheap in price. The other night I was surfing and came across it--bought it right on the spot.

I have a S&W 686 6'' .357 but that's not necessarily concealable. And I don't like shiny (mirror like) pistols. I don't want it to be seen until the last moment when it's being pointed at a perp.

Anyway, thanks for your help, I can't wait to make some heavy hitting .357 rounds for it.
