Taurus Adjustable Sites

I own a PT92 and a PT945 both with fixed sights. They are accurate in that they shoot in the same place everytime, low and left which is fine if your amming center mass. I want to be able to have these guns shoot where I aim. Does any one know where I can purchase adjustable back sights for these models? The fixed sight is in a dovetail in the slide, but I have no idea of the dimension.
