Speed Strips are produced by Bianchi and come in packages of two. They are a soft rubber "channel" that will hold six 38/357 cartridges in a straight line for flat concealment in a pocket.
After ejecting the empties, you can load two at a time (in every frame size I have ever tried) by inserting two in the chambers and "twisting" the speed strip. Having a barrel down angle on the revolver will cause the newly loaded rounds to "drop" the rest of the way into the chamber. At any point you can repeat with two (or one) more round(s) or close the cylinder, preparing the weapon for use.
It is also possible to do a "tactical" reload with only two (or one) round(s). After opening the cylinder and putting the revolver in the barrel down position, you begin by pushing the ejector rod part way up. Usually the fired rounds will remain "up" allowing you to remove the fired rounds. Then you charge the empty chambers from the speed strip, close the cylinder, and continue the fight with a fully charge revolver.

I bought a set of boot grips for my 605 and would switch as necessary. Then I got the CT Laser Grips, and I they are about 3.5 fingers of grip, providing good recoil management in a very concealable package.
As I said in my earlier post, the Taurus 605 with CT Laser Grips, a speedloader, and a couple of Speed Strips equip a trained person to deal with most situations calling for a handgun.
Best to ya,
