Taurus PT 1911 question

I just picked up a new Taurus PT1911 and there are two things I have questions about.

1 - Sights - Why didn't Taurus use the same size screw on both sights / why do they only give you an allan wrench for the rear sight?

2 - Has anyone been able to disassamble & reassamble the gun without using the "wrench"?

I agree.

I had to center my rear sight too when I got it. The factory setup was terrible with this gun.
