TAURUS PT99 Loose rear sight pin

I´m pleased to see all of you again!!!! The ole good forum stil alive!!
My question is: Is there any good solution to fix steady the famous adjustable rear sight roll pin on a Taurus PT 99??? (Not sending the gun for repair to the factory or replacing the slide)

Any advise of the experts will be appreciated.

After several talks with Taurus, and several replacement pins, I finally took a small allen wrench (I'm not sure of the size) and cut off a piece the correct length and drove it in. No wandering pins since. Of course, your mileage may vary.
