If you don't want you or yours or the kids down the street to be the object of 'irresponsible behavior'...I've got a novel concept for you: don't commit offenses against my property. You act responsibly toward what is mine and I'll act responsibly against what's yours. If you wreck my property and I catch you then I will retaliate against your property. Woe unto you if the only property of yours in my reach is your body.

It's a darned shame that you can't use Claymore mines in home security systems.

Thieves, vandals, thugs will get no sympathy from me no matter what happens to them while they're just trying to spread a bit of freelance socialism.

If someone breaks in front of you in a queue and you kill them...if I was on the jury then I'd vote to award you a payment for performing a public service.

I have absolutely no sympathy for these 'people.'

So are we totally cool with this obviously irresponsible use of an air pistol against people who MIGHT have been vandals?

If this happened in the states i think the concensus would be that she belongs in jail for that sort of behavior.

i realize that an air pistol is pretty for down the list as a "deadly weapon" but one an be badly injured with one. More importantly she is obviously having some trouble with impulse controll if THIS is the best solution she should come up with.

Might have been vandals? Didn't you read? They poured bottled water on the roof of a car parked on a public street. Vandals, these are full-scale hard-core bank-robbing gang-bangers.

Funny, reading the article, she test-fires the pistol to make sure it works, so it's really rather level-headed and pre-meditated. Then she admits she knew the pistol was dangerous as she had remorse for almost accidentally hitting her own son with it... She planned what she was doing, she knew what she was doing, she announced what she was doing, she made verbal threats, she carried them out, and on and on.

And she gets 6 months for posession of firearm and intent to cause fear.

What a lawyer she has! I can't believe the kids didn't all press charges against her for verbal assault, uttering death threats, physical battery, attempted murder, etc etc.

You open fire with a firearm on a group of people standing on public property you really ought to be punished a little more than this witch was.

Oh wait, I forgot, she's a rich white high-society woman.

Oops

This is just another example of the Brit dementia , I really have to agree with the person who said the Brits would have been happiest as Nazi subjects, rather than nasty fox hunting screwarounds subjects.
:neener:

**** and head back to your Klan meeting :cuss:
Real funny, real mature

People were trying to have an intelligent discussion and you come out with an offensive pointless remark like that

Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe you'd be a little upset at remarks like that if you had family who fought and died preventing Nazi oppression.
