I went to the first chl instructor update this summer. at that time, the staff was saying that licensees would be able to renew without taking the four hour refresher course after either the second or third renewal of their licenses. They were confused about it at the time and since then, everybody I've heard from has had to take the renewal course as usual

Does anybody have newer information on this?
