I bought a used Rock Chucker IV which had missing minor parts and it cleaned up well. It needed these parts: handle jam nut, primer catcher, and primer arms and associated parts. Called up RCBS to order the parts and told them they were for a used press, but they would not accept payment. The guy said, "We'll take care of you." Well they sure did! Thank you, RCBS!

Same positive/pleasant experience's here, from both RCBS and Hornady.
Members here will say the same thing about several different Press/Reloading Equipment Manufacturers.

Life is good!

I had the knurled handle come off the arm of my Uniflow powder measure after 20 years of use. Called RCBS up and told them I realize parts wear out and I'd like to buy a replacement. They sent one gratis in three days. Fantastic company.

I too had a nice experience with rcbs when I broke priming pins when depriming military 5.56. I told him that and in return, about a week later, had a small bag with 5 de capping pins in it! Same with Lyman, priming system on my 7 turret press is a disaster. I told them so and they mailed me a new priming assembly. Trouble is, there are other problems with the priming system, I just don't use it

I was gifted a rcbs universal decapping die. Pin was broke and couldn't find one locally. Called rcbs and they sent me a few new ones. Would not take payment when I offered. That's good customer service.

Yes, RCBS is a class act. I've broken a couple things and have scored a die or two and the RCBS CS took care of it quickly and without payment every time.
Then I had a Charge Master that went goofy after 2 years and they replaced it. That one went goofy after 3 years. They replaced it. That one went bad after 2 years and they told me I had to buy a new one, it was out of warranty.
Sorry. No more Charge Master junk for me. Back to weighing with a balance beam scale. I feel better about the accuracy and consistency of the balance beam anyway. It's certainly not as fast as the Charge Master, but I feel better about my ammo, tho.
