What is the actual course of fire for the AQT that the infamous Fred sells?

A 4 MOA target at 25 yards would be about 1 inch big, as 4 MOA target at 100 yards is about 4 inches.

Is this basically just shooting at 1 inch targets at 25 yards?

How big are the targets, how many rounds, and how much time?
