Sorry poll, Sig P-Series as polymer, please. When it comes to polymer, HK 45, P30/L, and USP. Others need not apply.

These polls are always interesting,

Usually all of the posters pick some other gun than Glock to talk about but in the voting Glocks wins these type of polls everytime.

I guess Glock guys are secure enough not to have to defend their vote.

Plastic, :barf:

Aluminum, :barf:

Good enough for cap guns and water pistols. But serious handguns are made of steel.

I own XDs, Glocks, and HK. My favorite polymer right now is the FNH FNP 45. They are worth consideration when looking at polymer pistols.

Also, it's not terribly ugly!
Yeah...But the 3" long slide catch qualifies:D

Still better looking then CZs new plastic uglyness:barf:

I vote M&P, never shot one, but they feel good in the hand!

Once again:
Walther P99 AS 9mm and .40S&W which I own.
HK USP which I will someday own.

From the poll:
SIG 226 also on my list of guns to get.

I voted for the CZ only because you did not have the XD on the list. Mine is by far my favorite. It is target grade accurate, dependable and a hoot to shoot. Over 5000 rounds now and has yet to give me any problems.

If I had to buy a new polymer gun out of the ones in the poll, I'd have to go with the M&P as it's the only one my wonderful and brilliant Attorney General feels is suitable for me to purchase. (groan)

Shot a few of them, and I don't dislike them. They don't set my world on fire either, but they seem decent enough.

Maybe a SIG 2022 if that were in the poll.

I'd love to try out the CZ, but finding one here in Ma. would be a bit of a chore.

I would get a Glock 30 SF. It's a small frame sub compact in 45ACP. Relatively small and light with a 10 round mag standard and 13 round optional. I don't have one yet but it's #1 on my wish list.

I may be out of line, but has anyone tried the Hi-Point? They are American made with a lifetime warrenty, inexpensive, and a whole lot of fun to shoot.

HK USP FTW! fairly pricey, but def the best poly gun out there ...but in lieu of that, Glock 19s are nice :)
