What's the chance of SCOTUS taking this case?


I sure hope SCOTUS takes an AWB + high capacity magazine case as their next case before any other 2nd Amendment case.

Guessing here that SCOTUS tends to take cert requests from fed.gov more often than regular civilians? I would think this one will be granted, but Bidet In/c won't like the results, unless his handlers are planning on a chance to replace two justices...

I know of no legal basis that it should, but I'm guessing it does.
