Fella's;

Does anyone know of a current source for the Swedish Ljungman service rifle? Other than the odd one that shows up on the various on-line sales sites? Can they even be imported anymore, or are all of them that are now in the country the total legal amount?

For those wondering just what a Ljungman is; it's a semi-auto with a 10 round magazine in 6.5 Swede. It's also known as the AG42 or AG42B. It was in use from the 40's to the mid 60's in Sweden & Norway.

It's a relatively little-known variant for the venerable 6.5 x 55mm Swedish Mauser, and I do like the Swede.

I know what it is, I didn't know there was a limit on them... From Sweden or from the US? Do you live in CA?

To answer your question, nobody is currently importing them.

If there are any out there to import, there is no legal restriction, that I know of...

They are a seriously cool rifle, and one I would like to have, but just could never justify the cost just to have one, as I didn't figure I would use it much.

Uber cool though.
