The new 44spcl Bulldog's (what you think?)

I have known of a couple that had to go back to the factory right out of the box. One in particular was sent back with a letter of explanation, it came back in 6 weeks, problem fixed & it's been carried & shot quite a lot since. It's reliable & accurate.
Seems that when their warranty is needed, it's taken care of promptly & accuratly. The bottom line is though, would I buy one??
