I am lucky enough to have a good gun store nearby & have never bought reloading supplies online. That said, online is cheaper if you buy in large enough quantities to make the HazMat fee work out. I was in that store yesterday and was somewhat surprised to see that he had a least a fair stock of most powders and primers...except for small pistol primers.
I bought a brick of Rem. small rifle primers for $29.99...but could not make myself pull the trigger on an 8 lb. keg of Unique for $140.00...that's a lot of powder for me. May still do it though.
