It wasn't on purpose. I barely know what an adverb is.

Typically words used to qualify or modify another word (or group of words) that follow in a sentence. Might often qualify as 'fluff' wording.

My English grammar days are far behind me, too, but I had to learn to be cautious in my use of words when I was writing police reports (and helping teach report writing). ;)
 
You have no way to know of the presence of witnesses who may call when gun shots are heard, or see you and think that you're the 'bad guy'.

Sure, many witnesses disappear when cops need them, but then they also come out of the woodwork at the damnedest times. Not always accurate regarding what they thought they knew or saw, either. :scrutiny:
Yep.
No two people see the same thing in exactly the same way.
In fact, if two witnesses say exactly the same things, suspect coaching... .
