A trip to Friendship this past weekend , resulted in two new additions.
Colt second generation stainless 1860's, consecutive serial numbers unfired and unturned.

Plans are to shoot one and keep the other one back. The price for the pair in a case was a steal at $725.00. Wish I had more to spend as he also had a cased second generation 1851 for $399.00. As you can see , this was the best buy as there were only 1596 of these made from January - April 1982.
serial numbers put these around the end of March.

Unturned . hammer has not been in the cocked position since leaving the factory. Original owner purchased new , put them in a case and left them
alone.

You should be ashamed of yourself of taking advantage of the poor seller. I think you should give them to me to help heal your guilt. :D

I looked at these at 8:00 AM when I first arrived there. Wanting to look around before I was to purchase anything I moved on. I was surprised when I returned around 3:00PM and these were still there. After a brief discussion with the seller, I was informed these had gotten a lot of attention, I decided it was meant for me to take these home, and I did.

OMG you sure are lucky. That is so amazing. I would love to have them. In fact everyone would love to have them. WOW what a find.

Gee, I don't know which is worse...the fact that you walked away only to later find that they were still unsold or that you bought them for such a good price during these "inflationary" times!
Congratulations. You must have had the "Angel of Let's Make a Deal" looking out for you that day! :D
