I never did acquire a taste for those lead paint chips. I like tater chips better.
I got my Lyman casting set for Christmas about 11 years ago. It's well paid for itself.

I wonder if vitamin C would eliminate mercury, also? I do like my white albacore tuna. And, I get a flu shot every year. (You know, they're preserved with mercury-the sky is falling)
I see, from reading the orthomolecular page that vitamin c and selenium remove all the different heavy metals. Time to up the dosages.
