I'm thinking of sending my Sig P220 to Tripp for hard chroming. Doe's anyone here have any experience with Tripp? or maybe pictures? Thanks

I would look into Metaloy. Tripp ruined a 1911 of mine when I sent it to him.

While not well known, I've used Elite Custom Guns a couple of times for work on an AR and a Remington 870 Police. I picked him because I live in Charlotte, NC, and he's half an hour from my home.
Duane is a great guy and does great work. He's up front about production times (which are measured in days or weeks, not months) and costs (I've found them to be very reasonable); you won't get any surprises, but what you will get is some of the nicest work I've ever had done.
