Well, I'm glad to see that this *&%!$# was caught and will be incarcerated at least for the time being.

I guess that kills the thread so here I go (OT)...

For TV, make them watch Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, and Barney.

I happen to like Fred! Has anyone seen the Family Guy episode where Mr. Rogers was using binoculars to spy on this lady undressing? He goes, "Hello neighbor... OOOooohhhohohh"

More proof that criminals will always have guns. Too bad that pistol wasn't loaded....

Arrested over twenty times and out free? What's up with that?
Welcome to the revolving door justice system.

IF they get caught, the case has to go to the prosecutor.

IF the prosecutor doesn't have such a huge caseload that he just dismisses the case (citing some procedural oversight, a few of which are valid and the vast majority are methods of caseload and work management), he will attempt to plea bargain it.

IF the case cannot be plead out (with a final disposition ranging from a guilty plea for a mildly lesser offense on down to jaywalking), it will go to trial.

IF he gets a guilty verdict or plea, the judge will sentence him to something that would HORRIFY everyone with its laxness. Probation or an entirely too brief period of incarceration is the norm, with the latter being unlikely.

IF he gets jailed, any time served prior to the conviction will probably be counted against the sentence, and some of the sentence will probably be suspended.

IF he has any jail time left after that, he will be eligible for release for good behavior, overcrowding, or a re-evaluation of his sentence (converting time supposedly to be served into parole) if he manages to not shank anyone while he's in.

In other words, until he kills someone, he will do very little time. And the academics wonder why the penal system seems to have no deterrent effect for these subhumans.

Mike

PS Subhumans come from every race, color and creed.

hopefully there stupidity will earn them time behind bars.
Our police force has just been taunted by some idiots posing with airsoft guns :uhoh: teenage wannabe hoodlums in rural Sussex just can't get hold of handguns thank god
there getting away with it as threating the police with a toy gun on the internet isn't actually a crime:D
