Tisas Bantam .45ACP

View attachment 1124204 View attachment 1124203 I have to say that I’m impressed with Tisas so far. I just picked my 10mm 1911 up from ffl today. Nice quality case. The pistols are just as beautiful as the brands that cost twice as much and they feel like quality. I can’t wait to shoot mine Monday morning.

Please let us know how the 10mm shoots. I am interested in that model too!

Yeah, the Tisas 1911 gives me hammer bite; rounded the rear of the hammer, which seems to have solved the problem.
Nicely made guns, especially for the money.

I have 2 of the A1 style, love it! now looking for “ On Sale” the 4.25”
model

Now if they would make the compact, or officers model 1911 would have a perfect set of 45s. I have the full size sds, a commander sized 1911, and now need the compact

That’s interesting millwork on the slide and mag well. The grips are very similar to some I saw on a gun recently at a local shop. Felt good but looked better. Found them on ebay, but need a host gun to put those grips on. Was looking at tisas and RIA 1911 9mms.

Took the 10mm Tisas to the range today. It was flawless. Handled beautifully with no issues. I had to adjust sights to the left a few clicks and zeroed it right in. I put about 250 rounds through it. They were all reloads with a few different loads. Beautiful gun and feels great. I’m a fan of Tisas now.

I have an American tactical commander sized 1911 so far shoots anything I put in it, wadcutters, hollowpoints, round ball and anything in between. I got it used and is not pretty, but shoots like a dream. I have the full size SDS 1911 45 ACP, AND 9 MM. If that 9mm shoots as well as the 45 will be awesome. I have a question for some of you who may have more experience that me, why would an ED BROWN DROP IN 45 ACP WORK, AND THE ED BROWN DROP IN 9MM LOCK UP BUT NOT LET THE SAFETY WORK?

Anyways, I got a reply from Classic Firearms that they “can not delay the shipping.” I’m curious whether there is a legitimate reason or if they just do not want to exert effort to accommodate a customer’s request. I don’t think that my request was insurmountable, especially since it hasn’t even been packed, nonetheless shipped yet.

Perhaps the order was filled/shipped by a distributor, they can't control any of that. Most guns that are shown on websites reflect distributors inventory, not necessarily in stock at their store.
